1. Who we are

This website is operated by MANI B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 93986858 (the "Trader", "we", "us"). The trading name of this site is [TRADING NAME — to be confirmed]. Public contact e-mail: [CONTACT EMAIL — to be confirmed].

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and MANI B.V. when you instruct us to prepare and post a Marriage Allowance application on your behalf.

2. The service we provide

We are a private document-assistance service. For a one-off fee of £29 we:

• collect the information you provide through our online form;
• prepare HMRC's official Marriage Allowance transfer form (MATCF), including any backdated tax years you select;
• embed your signature into the form; and
• print and post the completed form to HMRC by physical mail to:
  Pay As You Earn and Self Assessment, HM Revenue and Customs, BX9 1AS, United Kingdom.

3. What we are not

• We are not HMRC, GOV.UK or any UK government body and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of them.
• You can apply for Marriage Allowance directly with HMRC for free, online or by post. Using our service is entirely optional.
• We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice. Information on this site is general information only.

4. Refunds from HMRC

Any tax refund resulting from your Marriage Allowance claim is paid by HMRC directly to you (typically by bank transfer or cheque to the higher-earning partner). We never receive, hold or process your refund. Our fee is separate from, and not deducted from, any HMRC refund.

5. No guarantee of outcome

HMRC alone decides whether your application is accepted and the amount of any refund. We do not guarantee that your application will be accepted, that a refund will be paid, or the amount or timing of any refund. Our responsibility is limited to preparing and posting the form accurately on the basis of the information you provide.

6. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide (including your and your partner's National Insurance numbers, dates of birth and marriage details) is accurate, complete and that you are authorised to submit it. Providing false information to HMRC may be a criminal offence.

7. Price and payment

The service fee is £29 (one-off, inclusive of any applicable VAT). The fee is payable at the point of order and is processed by our payment provider.

8. Cancellation and refund of our fee

Your right to cancel and obtain a refund of our service fee is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for customers resident in the United Kingdom, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of England and Wales, or — at your option as a consumer — before the courts of your place of residence.
